Hiya! My name is An Bui, and I’m a first year graduate student in EEMB co-advised by Hillary Young and Tom Turner. I did my undergrad at UC Santa Barbara majoring in Ecology & Evolution and English Literature. I focus on eco-evolutionary feedbacks: ways in which the evolution of a focal species changes their associated communities, which changes the population of the focal species, and onwards. In addition to doing research, I also teach Vertebrate Ecology & Evolution (EEMB 113L) in fall and winter quarters.

After science, my great loves are podcasts, the West Wing, and dogs.
